I ensure that my accounting department complies with the accounting standards.

I have ensured that the administration system is up to date to avoid inconsistency and malpractice.

I maintain the cash-book on all account records.

My accounts department is in such a manner that the partners can be kept up to date on transaction at frequencies, which they desire.

All money payments to us are received and banked by us. After payment of current claims, I will remit net revenue for investment to the underwriters, (I maintain complete records of all transactions).

Bank reconciliation is performed automatically on at least monthly basis.

On a monthly basis, I am able to review all key general ledger accounts.

Effective management and control is incoming and outgoing monies is in place in Mphoke Magane Attorneys’ and it must be attained.

In addition, one cannot forget that daily management of the current account is required. Should too much money stay in the current account, or should monies stay too long, investment comings can be lost. I have opened and operate a separate banking account in the name of Mphoke Magane Attorneys.

Authorized personnel do all cheques and electric transfers.
